Real Estate Paralegal

As a paralegal at Mantas Law, Alexia assists attorneys in transactional and closing document preparation, including document drafting and revisions, closing checklists, real estate conveyance documents, closing statements and corporate authority documents, due diligence reviews, title and survey reviews.  

Alexia  works closely with clients, title companies and attorneys to ensure efficiency during the closing process.

Her experience includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, including commercial and residential development projects; condominium conversions, residential and multi-family acquisitions; and commercial loan and other real estate financing transactions.

In addition, Alexia provides support to the firm’s Corporate and Estate planning clients.
