Costa is a Property Tax Analyst with several years’ experience in appealing and successfully reducing property taxes in various counties in the State of Illinois. Costa has a thorough understanding of real estate operations and the real estate valuation process. He has worked on appeals ranging from single-family homes to commercial/industrial properties and has helped taxpayers retain thousands of dollars in tax savings.

Additionally, Costa  is diligent in the maintenance and annual renewal of several client owned corporate entities, which includes the preparation of by-laws, authentication of records, stock issuance, transfers and redemptions, assignment of membership interests, and preparation of resolutions for annual and special meetings of shareholders and board of directors.
