Eleni P. Sianis is an associate attorney with a wide range of experience in both real estate and business law.  Eleni concentrates her practice in residential and commercial real estate transactions, business transactions and estate planning.  

Eleni is a skilled negotiator who  assists clients with all matters of real estate as well as business transactions, including creation of new corporations, LLCs, and partnerships.  She also has extensive experience drafting employment agreements, leases, partnership agreements, and dissolution of partnership agreements.

In addition to providing counsel to individuals and businesses, he also assists them with their estate planning goals, the administration of probate estates and representation in administrative hearings before various municipalities. 

Concurrently, Eleni holds a quasi-judicial position on the Cook County Sheriff’s Merit Board where she presides over termination cases brought by the Cook County Sheriff’s Office.
